Licensing

MNP operates a fair, open and flexible license fee structure which enables each client to add or remove the number of licenses according to their business requirements.

We can usually provide an initial estimate of the licenses required during initial meetings/demos which will then be finalized during the subsequent business mapping stage.

Licenses also require annual support fees which are charged as a % of the cost of the license.

ORDERactive

MNP offers a range of core and optional software modules which can be licensed to meet each clients specific order management requirements.

You will need to purchase licenses for the three core parts of ORDERactive. Licenses are purchased at a unit ‘desktop’ level and you can select and adjust the number of licenses per module required to meet your operational needs. One license can be used for ‘hot desking’ over a 24 hour operation.

For example, a large multi-channel retailer with an in-house call centre will need more ‘customer service’ module licenses than an e-commerce only business.

On top of these core modules you can license other optional software modules to meet your specific requirement e.g. Web Relay, Data Analyzer and Forecasting.

WMSactive/PSMactive

Licencing for our warehouse and purchase management software is based on the maximum number of users that need to be logged onto the system at any one time.

Licenses are available in stepped user bands (i.e. 5-10, 11-15, 16-20 etc) to reflect the flexibility required of a task based system which manages the activities of all warehousing staff during both busy and quiet trading periods.
