Isabella Oliver

Isabella Oliver, the maternity wear specialists, was launched in 2003 by two women with complimentary skills and ideas on developing fashionable and stylish clothes for pregnant women. This overnight success rapidly required MNP’s multi-channel order management system to cope with the growing volume of UK orders. This versatile platform has since enabled Isabella Oliver to successfully manage a growing international operation in the US, Canada, France, ‘Euro Zone’ and now Australia/New Zealand.

Duo Boots

Duo Boots’ ‘USP’ is that they produce highly fashionable women’s leather boots which are made to fit customer specified calf and ankle sizes. Following rapid expansion in the UK, the ‘Duo’ launch site has now been ported across to Germany and Holland. Several other European countries are also being targeted – with ORDERactive being the hub to process all their orders. In addition to new customer acquisition, Duo is exploiting the potential of MNP’s Data Analyser to generate additional revenue from its existing client base.

Spirit of Nature

What price organic products? Many consumers wish to select organically produced goods but only if the price differential is not too great. This is one of the key critical success factors for Spirit of Nature, an ethical and organic online retailer which sells clothing, household and garden, skin & beauty and children’s toys and equipment without hidden, harmful chemicals such as pesticides, petrochemicals and other toxic substances.

Following a recent re-launch they required a new back office and order management which would help minimise their operational costs and keep their product price differentials as low as possible. Sprit of Nature selected MNP to deliver this via their ORDERactive solution which will provide the trading platform for an ever growing volume of ‘e-numbers’!

Crew Clothing

Crew Clothing, the fast-growing retailer of active/outdoor clothing, has chosen ORDERactive to process all its direct sales and manage customer services. Crew has been enjoying considerable growth recently and is planning to expand sales through its direct arm with over 60% of its direct sales now transacted via the Internet. James Pascoe, Operations Director of Crew Clothing, said: "The Internet has emerged as a very strong sales channel for us and our ambitions are running high. It is vital that we deploy a scalable back office platform that enables us to deliver an exceptional customer service experience and that can handle all the sales and marketing effort we’re going to put behind it". As part of this initiative, MNP has integrated its software with a website produced by Screenpages.

Lakeland Limited

This legendary customer service led company required a holistic view of their entire operation, from stock to customers. It was achieved through integrating MNP’s ORDERactive system with Red Prairie warehousing and the RBS Epos system. ORDERactive went live in September 2005 and has subsequently managed exceptionally high order volumes during their traditional peak trading period between November and January. With Lakeland’s approach to customer service and development, every ORDERactive user will now have the ability to offer this legendary level of service.

Kurt Geiger

Kurt Geiger is Europe’s largest luxury shoe retailer trading from 15 standalone stores and over 100 department store concessions. Over the last two years they have also taken their first steps overseas and successfully launched their online store. However, their quickly realised the complexity of their multi-channel systems requirements and chose ORDERactive as a replacement for a hosted front/back office service from Venda. ORDERactive simultaneously manages orders from stores, concessions and their online store. True multi-channel, channel functionality!

Hallmark Consumer Services

OrderActive has also just been installed in another company specialising in providing support services for direct, mail and e-commerce businesses. Hallmark Consumer Services based in Leicestershire offer a safe pair of hands for address management, fulfilment, call handling, contract packing, mailings, point of sale management and distribution, and e-commerce/web site integration. OrderActive has helped improve further the quality of service provision to clients such as Visa International, Scalelextrics and Corgi.

Cambertown Fulfilment Services

Cambertown required a multi-client solution to support their mailing, fulfilment, distribution and call centre services in their 65,000 sq.ft operations centre in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. They specialise in providing efficient and speedy fulfilment through an ethical and secure service of the highest quality. Indeed they have just been awarded the QMP standard for the quality of their services. Cambertown are offering an e-commerce package called FreeCommerce. Which allows their clients to have an e-commerce web site set up absolutely free of charge as part of a storage, distribution and fulfilment contract.
