MNP provide a consultancy service for direct commerce businesses that wish to improve their systems related practices and processes. The service formalizes and structures the ‘ad hoc’ advice and guidance MNP has been providing for many years to multi-channel direct operations in different market sectors. The consultants leading this service offer substantial experience of the ‘home shopping’ market and have advised both direct clients and specialist outsource suppliers on a wide variety of business projects.

Clients have included Early Learning Centre, Cath Kidson, Whittard of Chelsea, Christopher Ward of London, Amazon and Somerfield.

The consultancy service will be available in two distinct and separate phases.

Level 1 provides a ‘systems neutral’ in-depth analysis of a company’s current business model and operational processes and procedures from which a report is prepared containing recommendations on how to improve productivity and introduce best practice.

Level 2 is an optional service which builds on these recommendations and details how MNP’s ORDERactive system would need to be configured to deliver the overall business development plan.
